Open Career Chance

A chance to freely shift to other department / taskforce

‘Open Career Chance(OCC)’ is an official in-company transfer system existing only in NAVER.
When an applicant and the selected department agree, the department / taskforce from which
the applicant is leaving should respect his/her opinion.
The system has been initiated for the purpose of helping staffs find new opportunities.
As a result, many staffs have changed their work to new departments / taskforce.
